FOOTBALL:

Football: 2018 football is undefeated,9-0. Last year wasn’t the best with the score 6-6. But the boys worked harder and improved in many ways. The boys played their first playoff game on Saturday, October 27. They won! The team is now scheduled to play this Friday, November 2, at Esko High School, against the Cromwell Cardinals.

CROSS COUNTRY:

Cross Country: the 2018 season has been going great for South Ridge cross country team. Each team has been placing high at the meets. “The varsity this year is very young.” said a team member. An eighth was an individual conference champion. The girl’s varsity and junior high were Polar conference champions. The section championships took place on October 25th, 2018. Nobody on the team made it to state, at sections, but one of our girls came close.

VOLLEYBALL:

2018 volleyball has won 12 and lost 11. Although they lost 11 games it isn’t their worst year. The amount of each talent in each teammate is outstanding, and when combined, the girls make a great team. The only factor that needs improvement is the attitudes.
