On January 19th, Nick Carlson made his 1000th point against Floodwood.  Although they lost in overtime, he stated: “we all played as a team, and if it weren’t for my team I wouldn’t have achieved this goal.”  Nick Carlson, #11, had been working on this goal for all four years of his high school basketball career, and made is point by a mid-range jump shot.  He committed to St. Scholastica on Jan. 18th, to play in college.  Nick is an athletic student participating in baseball, basketball, and football. Congratulations Nick!
